Training Course in Nha Trang
From 21 to 25 Nov. 2016, Vietnamese Project Institutions organized a training course "Sequencing Technology" in Nha Trang. Twelve young microbiologists attended the course held in Pasteur Institute in Nha Nha Trang and Prof. Hirai from University of the Ryukyus supported the course. The participants, having selected a bacterium he/she is interested in, ran sequencing on a target gene to determine a DNA sequencing of his/her target.
Experiment on electrophersis and analyze sequencing results with an analysis software.
